課程概述

一、課程簡介:本課程以初次修習分子生物學之同學為對象，應用深入淺出之方式介紹分子生物學重要概念，期許修課同學在完整架構下奠定紮實基礎，授課內容涵蓋：(一)核酸特性及基本分析技術；(二)原核生物基因轉錄與調控機制；(三)真核生物基因組結構、基因表現調控及RNA剪輯；(四)蛋白質轉譯與調控機制；(五) DNA複製、重組及修補；(六)轉位子與反轉位子之特性，上課主題包括：
1. Introduction

3. Regulation of transcription in prokaryotes
4. Infection of E. coli by lambda
5. Transcription of eukaryotes
6. Regulation of transcription in eukaryotes
7. Chromatin structure and its effect on transcription
